Information On Factory Dodge Ramcharger Rims and Wheels

Dodge's Ram charger was a sport utility vehicle that began production in 1974. It was a two door vehicle built on Chrysler's AD platform which was also what the vastly popular Dodge Ram was created on. Originally available with the option of a straight 6 cylinder engine as well as several sizes of V8 engines ranging from 5.2L to 7.2L. Manual as well as automatic transmissions were available on the Ram charger. After the second generation ended in 1993 the Ram charger was no longer available outside of Mexico, which continue to produce a third generation Ram charger that ran from 1999 to 2001 when it was retired for good.

The wheels available during the Ram Charger's American production were exclusively 15" steel rims apart from two 15" alloy wheels which were machined finished with 8 or 15 spokes. The majority of the steel wheels had painted finishes with a variety of spoke styles, but there were two others finished in Chrome or silver, both with 5 holes.
